Bajee16 Terms and Conditions — Please read before using our services

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bajee16 ("we", "us") and any user of bajee16's services ("you", "user"). By accessing the bajee16 website (bajee16.vu) or using any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

By registering or using an account on bajee16, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using bajee16.

To register an account on bajee16, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Account Registration Requirements:

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• Accurate name, address, and contact information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Bajee16 may request KYC documents at any time for identity verification. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure.
• Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.

Bajee16's services are available to users aged 18 and above only. Account creation or use by minors is strictly prohibited.

Bajee16 may request valid proof of age (National ID, passport, or birth certificate) at any time. If age cannot be verified, or if an underage user is identified, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

All deposits and withdrawals on bajee16 must follow our established guidelines. We support mobile banking, internet banking, and other approved payment methods.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 100.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing from another person's account is prohibited.
• Deposits made from a third party's account are not accepted and will be returned.
• Bajee16 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious deposit activity.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes, though some cases may take up to 24 hours.
• A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted while a previous one is still pending.

Bajee16 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

General terms for claiming a bonus:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (e.g., the bonus amount must be bet x5–x30 times). The specific conditions for each bonus are listed on its promotions page.
• Validity: If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified period after claiming a bonus, the bonus will expire.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at any given time.
• Bajee16 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.

All users must comply with the basic rules governing betting and gaming on bajee16. These rules are in place to ensure a fair experience for every player.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a cash-out option is available and you choose to use it.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned mid-way, the outcome of any related bets will be determined in accordance with bajee16's established policy.
• If a bet is placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, bajee16 reserves the right to void that bet.
• Bajee16 may void bets if suspicious betting activity — such as match fixing or arbitrage — is detected.
• The maximum payout for a single bet is capped at the limit set by bajee16.

Live Betting Special Rules:

• Odds change rapidly in live betting. bajee16 reserves the right to suspend bet acceptance while odds are being updated.
• Bajee16 is not responsible for bets that fail to confirm due to internet connection issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajee16 platform. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Money Laundering: Participation in any form of illegal payment processing is strictly prohibited on bajee16.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Fraudulently obtaining or misusing bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.
• Third-Party Software: The use of bots, auto-betting software, or any automated system is strictly prohibited.
• Hacking: Unauthorized access attempts to bajee16's systems are strictly prohibited.
• False Identity: Operating an account under a false or someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Participating in or having knowledge of any illegal interference with a sporting event is strictly prohibited.

Bajee16 is committed to protecting your personal information. We do not sell your data to third parties. However, we may share information with authorities when required by law.

• If fraudulent activity is detected.
• Failure to verify identity.
• Extended account inactivity (12 months).
• Due to legal obligations.

You may close your account at any time by notifying bajee16. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before closing your account.

Bajee16 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email or through a notice on the platform.
